Although an ancient practice, yoga is still new to many and at Studio Nine Yoga we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share this practice with you. Yoga is a powerful tool used to condition both mind and body.  So, what is yoga and why is it so great? Yoga has been known to decrease stress and anxiety, condition for better balance and flexibility and improve and regain range of motion. Other benefits of practicing  yoga include improving sleep quality and ridding the body of toxins.

Studio Nine Yoga offers practice appropriate for beginners and intermediate level practitioners. Which ever class you choose to attend- remember it doesn't matter how it looks; what matters is how it feels. We hope to soon have the pleasure of seeing you on the mat.
