Although an ancient practice, yoga is still new to many and at Studio Nine Yoga we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share this practice with you. Yoga is a powerful tool used to condition both mind and body.  Meditation and prayer play major roles for others that have developed a deep practice of yoga. So, what is yoga and why is it so great? Let's maybe ask the question, "Why Yoga?" 

Why yoga?

  • Decreased stress and anxiety

  • Fewer depression symptoms

  • Better balance and flexibility

  • Improve and regain rang of motion

  • Improved sleep quality

  • Detoxification through helping rid the body of toxins

  • Better function of the digestive system

Studio Nine Yoga offers a variety of yoga practices. Which ever class you choose to attend- remember it doesn't matter how it looks; what matters is how it feels.
