Hatha core & gentle hatha flow

In a Hatha yoga practice you are given the chance to explore and play with individual expressions of the postures. Over time beginners build on the basics and progress to more challenging poses.

Hatha core- will challenge the core & balance. During this practice we align and refine as we move through the sequence of the day.

Gentle Hatha Flow- open to all levels of practice. We use the breath to move in and out of postures

Yoga 101- This practice is intended for yoga beginners and those that have been out of the yoga loop for awhile.

60 and 75 minute practices available.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Sequence: Discover the power of breath awareness: still the mind and body into harmony with this modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. This practice can be modified for healthy beginners and is great for experienced practitioners. Ashtanga is a more disciplined style following a set sequence and is perfect for those looking to target a full-body work out.

75 minute and 1 hour and 45 minute practices available.

Many consider Yin yoga to be more passive in nature although postures are held anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. Yin yoga is great for the connective tissues and joints. This style is an ideal way to increase range of motion, flexibility and explore new depths. Psychologically, Yin Yoga conditions and deepens our mindfulness practice.

60 and 75 minute practices available.

Please note that majority of practices are 75 minutes in length.
